It’s been 10years since I started “ONbeHALF”. About 30 years ago when I was a university student I found a Rolex Datejust ref.1601 from the left of my grandfather. I was impressed as the watch was working even though it hadn’t been used for many years. Of course I still have this watch and use it occasionally.

Now I start a new web site “ONbeHALF Lite” that trades mainly Rolex Datejust and Daydate from 1950’s to modern.
As you are well aware, Rolex Datejust and Daydate have many variations in dial and case and they will very good for any occasions from casual to formal.

Over 30 years of collecting vintage timepieces I’m happy to introduce you to rare and important collections by selecting from international market.

After 20 years of collecting vintage timepieces he started ONbeHALF in 2006. Lives in Kamakura, Kanagawa.

It’s been over 20 years since he started buying luxury timepieces. He has devoted himself to vintage watches.
He has a detailed knowledge of Vintage Patek Philippe and Rolex timepieces and joined Onbehalf team in 2014 as a partner. Lives in Shinjuku, Tokyo.

Our Terms of Business Are As Follows:

All watches sold come with a 3-day return policy. Simply ship the watch back to us in the exact same condition, and we will refund the full payment price within 3 working days after we inspect the returned item. Returns must be sent overnight or by priority international delivery, fully insured and paid for by the customer. Watches returned must be in the same condition as shipped, as we will conduct a thorough inspection of the watch prior to issuance of any refund. New-in-box watches may only be returned if there is material defect, and the watch is returned fully intact and unworn.

Watches are sold as-is, and there is no guarantee of movement accuracy, due to the nature of vintage watches. Beyond the 3-day inspection period, we will not warrant nor guarantee the performance or accuracy of any watches we sell. We will provide a best effort attempt to describe the mechanical condition of all timepieces we sell. Payments to be made by wire transfer only. No items shall be sent prior to receipt of funds. All shipments are sent fully insured, via FedEx, DHL or others. If packages are lost or stolen, a refund will be issued only after the approval of the insurance claim by our insurance vendor.

International Customers

Duties and taxes are your responsibility. Please plan accordingly. Because of difficulty with sending/returning certain brands of watches to JAPAN, it is your responsibility to return the watch to us. Refunds will be considered ONLY after the watch is returned safely to ONbeHALF Lite.
